Smoothie Recipe

With warmer weather right around the corner, here's a fruit smoothie recipe I came up with that is light, refreshing, filling and quite tasty, especially if you like mangos.



Mango & Banana Smoothie


 Add a couple handfuls of mangos


 And a couple of bananas


 Along with approximately 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil


 Add enough Rice Milk to cover ingredients in blender


 Blend until smooth


Enjoy fruity goodness that is healthy!
